Hi, my brother in law and I found this beautiful macaw bird inside a box in front of his friend’s house. It was 27 degrees outside last night (1/19) here in NY and some cruel person left this bird outside in a cardboard box. We have been trying to find the owners since we found it. We can tell it had a owner and was taken care of before it was left to die outside. He does say a few words and says a name idk if its his own name or his owners name. i am not willing to hand this bird to just anyone so i would need documents of some sort to make sure it belongs to you.
