This cockatiel was brought to our facility in need of medical care. He has been out for a while judging by his body condition, he is critically emaciated. He was a pet and is banded. We had some bad storms, winds, and tornados he could have been blown in from further away. This bird may not survive the night but even if he doesnt we want the owners to know his disposition.
