I found a small parakeet with a yellow head , green back and tail featherswith some black spotting around its eyes
It was hopping around the parking lot on the CBC campus by the W building. I caught it and now its in my next door neighbors care because she has many birds and lots of extra bird cages.
It seems like its wings are clipped because it couldn’t fly very long when I was trying to catch it but it may have been the wind (25MPH today)
