Green Parrot with red tail found 10/26/2014 in O’Fallon, MO, 6:30PM. Had observed the bird flying around O’Fallon Hills subdivision since about 3PM. The bird responded to offerings of cranberries and crackers. Appeared hungry and not capable of flying more than about 50 feet at a time.
