**This bird passed away**
Someone on nextdoor found this weakened cockatiel in her yard. The weather has gotten rainy and cold recently, not sure how long he or she has been loose. Fully flighted, has been eating and drinking a little. Does not seem to be scared of people but does not like being handled, not sure how much of this behavior is because of his weak state. Has not vocalized just yet. Has a bald spot behind crest, could be injury or typical.
