Dear little yellow/green/blue tail parakeet flew into a kitchen on Chestnut Avenue in Clearview Estates, Hampden Township, between St. John’s Church Road, Carlisle Pike to the north, Trindle Road to the south. She is very wild; no telling how long she was outside…took her to veterinarian, in good health, weighs 34 grams; will certainly be happy to keep if no one claims her…must know band number.
Still searching for Skippy Bud, my little girl who turned four years old on Veterans Day, November 11, 2016.
Escaped June 29; sighted and expertly cared for in the backyard of a loving avian expert, in exact same neighborhood on August 21. Everyone thought ‘Mickey’ (name I gave yellow/gree/blue found) is Skippy Bud, but alas, black spots on neck of Skippy, a few other slight variations…but every bird lover knows feather for feather the identity of their pet.
Still hoping for another miracle…already had two.
