FOUND one White Homing Pigeon with leg band (Franklin)

This morning we noticed a white pigeon or dove that was on our tall bird feeder. It has been hanging around all day. It appears to have a blue band on it’s leg. We will continue to feed and water it, we hope it finds it’s way back to it’s owner or it’s owner finds this posting and is able to identify it and then safely retrieve it.
