Stow is a small town, 21 square miles, this was seen at the north end of town at the BOXBOROUGH town line.   This is located 20 miles west of Boston, no high bldgs here….woods, fields, population 6,000. This was a sighting so I dont have it most likely this is a lost pet,

I have a sighting wish to report, A Budgerigar Parakeet, that I do not see on your list of Parakeets, positively ID’d By the Massachusetts Dept of Fisheries and wildlife Andrew Vitz, Ornithologist for the state, numerous pics, if your able to check your files was at the feeder 8/27/15 515PM in Stow, Massachusetts 01775.
