This macaw was spotted high in a tree in the Tiger Mountain wilderness trail head area. Neighbors allegedly saw an individual in the area return to their vehicle with a presumably empty crate. When the neighbors went to investigate they spotted the macaw approx. 100 feet up in a tree. The bird later flew from the tree deeper into the forest.
