LOST CA Sacramento Congo African Grey 'Ricky' Apr 2-15-2

STILL MISSINGS SEPT 22-15  I thought my lost bird (son) Ricky was found in Southern California. It wasn’t him. But, his family did find him and take him home.

I want to thank everyone who has supported me and helped to find Ricky and everyone else’s birds too. Without the support I would be so alone.

Ricky has been lost for 4 months now. I have posted, and did all that needs to find him with no luck. I won’t give up on him.

Below is the poster about him –
REWARD $3,000.00
URGENT
My Congo African Grey flew off from his cage on April 2, 2015. He is still missing.
Ricky has been gone for four months
He is an at risk disabled parrot who needs his medications.
If anyone found a deceased parrot in the area, that would give me closure as well. Please get in touch if you know anything. I’m struggling a lot with this loss.
Ricky flew away from his original owner’s house aprox. 3 yrs ago. He flew into someone’s lap and that person took him to the shelter. Mickaboo Parrot Rescue took him in. I fostered and adopted him. I have several adopted parrots from Mickaboo.
Ricky along with my other parrots have helped me through breast cancer surgery and several other health problems. There is nothing like the love of a parrot when I don’t feel well. Please help me find him.
He knows his name.
He is tame and he talks and responds to hello, you who, meow, calls me “Theresa”, and his name. Besides having a lot to say he also makes lots of sounds. He has a large vocabulary. He is grey with a red tail. We rescued him and adopted him 3 years ago.
He is a very important part of my life. He gives me hope, love and peace that I need. He is my therapy.
Ricky is on a special diet and needs his medications.
