Flo is a young, cinnamon pied cockatiel. She is not banded. She escaped for the 2nd time in 1 month trying to be with me. She is very tame. Last time (I got her back thanks to 911 Parrot Alert), she had flown 1 mile away and was sitting on a fence when a very nice lady found her and returned her to me. She has a yellow head and a rather long plum on top of her head. She’s my baby that I hand fed for 3 mos. If you find her, pls contact 911 Parrot Alert. Thank you.
