Lost parakeet (budgie) (san mateo)
I lost a white parakeet (budgie) with blue tye dyed markings. She has big black eyes. We think she might be a female. She is about 9 months old. She flew out of her cage wensday April 27th at about 4:00 p.m.. Her wings were not clipped. We had her only a few days. She was adopted by the SPCA in San Mateo and she just had bloodwork.
