He flew off his outdoor perch when a neighbor started mowing. Not typically spooked or flightful.
RESPONDS TO JACK; talks a bit, says “MOM! HI! JACK! LALALA”
MOST LIKELY in a high tree – if you see him, CALL & try to coax him down (peanuts, bananas, apples). If he doesn’t come, DO NOT try to make him fly down. CALL US! If you do happen to get him, or find him, CALL then take inside to a dark warm room. He will be in shock, and needs quiet and dark (+food and water).
He is a beloved pet, and all my mom has while we are away at college – so please, NO snarky replys. His wings are clipped, but these birds can glide well.
