Lucy is a 9 month old Cape Parrot. She was last seen in south Lafayette around 300S and Old US 231 in treetops. Upon last been seen she was very frightened. Her right leg is banded with the inscription: [# on file with 911PA]. I am offering a reward for any information and a $750 reward if found.
