  • Date Lost: July 20, 2014

Maria is about 3.5 years old. She’s a gold capped conure. Her natural sound is a high pitched shrieking which she does most often when she excited or scared. She also mimics beeping a of things like the microwave and smoke detector. She usually responds with her shrieking when someone calls her name or whistles for her. She is about 5-6 inches tall and 8-10 inches from head to tip of tail. She is unfamiliar with the outdoors and flying so is most likely very confused. She is friendly of you were to see her walking or at your bird feeder she would probably get on your finger. She loves fruit especially peaches, oranges, and strawberries. She also loves peanuts. She has a mostly green body with a red chest and her head fades from red to gold. She also has blue at the tip of her wing and tail feathers. She flew from Mosser dr on the 20th.
