Thought you would be interested to know that our cockatiel Paco has been returned to us! Last week we received a call from the people who found her almost a month ago. She flew into a shop garage after being on her own for a couple of days. That was three miles from our home! The man who found her posted a message on Craig’s List. We did not see it.
Finally, a friend of her rescuers spotted our flyer. They gave us a call and one month and one day after she was swept away in a windstorm we got her back! She is one smart bird. She went to someone who is an animal lover and she was very well taken care of. We hope to buy the family a cockatiel as a reward. They had named her Sunshine! Definitely the sunshine has returned to our home.
