Lost Congo African grey. Red Bluff CA. She is grey colored with red tail feathers. Her name is Lucy. She talks and whistles alot. She knows her name and says “luce” or “hi lucy”. She also curses and says the “f” word. She also barks like a dog and knows how to say the dogs names “blue” or “sway” or “mama”. Also says “what are you doing” and “I love you” $500 reward.
