Found the grey cockatiel lost in VA 2/27. He was gone for about two weeks in below freezing temperatures but managed to survive! Workers at a construction site spotted him and brought him to Petco. Petco had received the flyer sent to them when I issued a Pet Amber Alert and called me. Thanks to everyone for your help and I hope everyone will have the same outcome.
