Blossom is a Plum Head Parakeet (not a Budgie). She is mostly green with a long tail. Her head is gray and rose colored. She was lost in the DMV-Merrimac Trail (rte 143) area of Williamsburg. Please call 757-253-2113 or 757-253-0793. Please leave a message. A reward is offered.
