Tibu
Adult, Male
Tibu is a grey cockatiel with a yellow crest and orange cheeks. I last saw him on the morning of 2/23/11 at my apartment on 21st and Locust. Tibu is very personable. He may come to you if you all his name. Please help me to find my friend. If you know anyone within twenty miles of the Rittenhouse area who has a back yard or lives on a tree lined street, and it is not too much trouble, I would appreciate if you could forward my post.
