Phoebe is a female pearl cockatiel with a yellow face and tail. She is missing parts of 2 toes on her right claw. She flew out the back door near Nome Avenue and Rockne Street in Heartland Village early this morning at 5 am and was heading west high over the houses in the dark. Family heartbroken.
