I am the owner of the bird found. We were contacted by a nice man who found Skyler and took her in. He realized she was somebodies pet so tried to find us. He did, and we recovered our bird, tired and hungry but otherwise fine. I can’ t thank him and his wife enough for rescuing our pet. Most importantly Skyler’s home!
Eight year old female Pionus, green body with a blue head and red vent. Very tame, but shy around strangers. Fully flighted. Loves peanuts and grapes.
