Chilly Willy looks like every blue Quaker. She has what looks like a cow lick above her beak. She is vocal and we can hear her in the alley of Bantry Lane in Dallas at this moment and it is April 28th at 10 am. Wings are not clipped, she is fully flighted and a great flyer. She can fly out a door even when open only 3 inches. She responds to her name but may copy other animal noises.
