Oscar is actually a female. She gets scared easily and does not like to be touched, so she likes to bite.
Oscar can talk, make noises (whistles, other bird calls, barking like a dog, etc), and wave hello. She responds to whistles and she often says “bird” or “birdie”.
She does not have her wings clipped and some of her wings have a very slight red coloring on the back. Her nails are pretty sharp/long right now.
