Charlie looks like a typical green Quaker parrot, with bright green feathers, lighter on the bust and beautiful dark blue tail feathers underneath. He LOVES Fritos and gets excited anytime he hears that type of bag crinkle, so would be likely to investigate.

He does talk, but may not speak to anyone he doesn’t know. Some of his favorite sayings are:

“Here kitty kitty”
“Weird bird”
