A renter left behind a lot of his possessions, including a blue parakeet I call Chip.

I am a cat owner and I can not keep Chip. He’s been to the vet and is healthy and has a spacious cage.

How can I find a nearby rescue, or find him a good home where a person is willing to bond with him and give him the care he deserves?

I live in Lafayette Louisiana. New Orleans is two hours away and Houston 3-1/2.
