JULY 28-14 FOUND COCKATIEL! This little guy was found in a Ludington, MI 49431 Rite Aide. This case is unrelated to the Banksy postings! Banksy’s owner went down to help in this little one’s rescue only to find it was not her bird. The cockatiel pictured now resides at Hurlin’s Parrot Rescue. He is looking for his owners!
