Band with prefix TP FL ### (three digits). Found hungry near elementary school, where it kept coming down to people, but wouldn’t let anyone handle it. Other than being hungry, the animla seems to be in pretty good shape. Seems young, but I never had quakers before, so I’m not sure. Still can’t handle the bird, although it will roost on a person’s shoulder. Wings unclipped. Feathers on the back of head and neck unpreened, so likely a solo pet. Seems to like women. Aggressive towards kids and other birds (bit a neighbors parakeet that got too close). Quite a food hound. That’s all I can think off.
