Normal Gray cockatiel sighted in Holland Park in Surrey, BC. (Whalley Area)
Spent about 2 hours trying to catch him but he was extremely scared and would not come down… Very vocal bird. Looked quite young, but it was hard to know for sure from such a distance… Pretty sure it was a male bird, as well. (not 100% sure though)
