I spotted this pigeon Sunday morning at 7:00 AM in Jefferson Park, Menasha, WI.
I did not capture this bird.
It was friendly and had a band on the left leg. I had my dog at the time so I didn’t even try to get close. I have been looking but have not seen it again, yet. It appears to be solid white with red eyes. It looks to be health and not stressed. A beautiful bird!
