Last night, my mom walked outside without realizing her Parrotlet was on her shoulder, and sadly she flew away. The area is around Mill Hill kind of, on Rainville Rd. She is light blue in colour and has all the attitude of a Parrotlet. If you see a bird matching this description, her name is Quita. She will try to nip if approached, but she is hand tamed, she just has little bird syndrome. If you see her, and she won’t come, try crinkling a plastic bag (she is strangely in love with the noise). PLEASE, if anybody finds her, let us know!! My mother is devastated and I’m sure when our other birds notice her missing, they will be sad as well.
