Dolly is very friendly. She talks and sings. Loves women and will land on your shoulder. Dolly was my mom’s bird and mom passed away a month ago. She was hand raised. She is not afraid of dogs. She has a band but I will have to locate paperwork if able, to provide number. I can identify her with certain phrases and songs that she knows.
