Oscar is an 18 year old quaker parrot. He chews his feathers a little in the chest area. He is green with grey cheeks and bib around chest with blue wing tips and some blue under his tail. He is very shy with strangers, but talks with me. He can fly. This bird is my baby. I have had him over half of my life. He has a band on one leg with TX 5.. I will provide a reward for anyone who finds him. Please call me at 775-790-3424 if you see him. Don’t try to get him out of a tree because he will probably scare and fly away again.
