He’s very sweet most of the time, but can be vicious when nervous. His wings are not clipped but he does have a band, although I do not know the number because I got him from my grandmother. We just moved here and I have no idea where to even start looking. He is missed dearly. His head is black, his torso is green, and he has black feathers on his tail.
