Found a Budgie flying around outside a the Beer Store in Kingston ON. The Beer store is located on Bath Road in the LaSalle Plaza. If anyone knows who the owner is, they can get in touch with us and we will be happy to give it back. He or she is doing fine, seems a little traumatized, but eating and drinking.
