Description: A blue budgie was found INSIDE a Tim Horton’s coffee shop (if you can believe it!) on the Southeast side of Front Street and Church Street in Toronto on April 12th, 2011 just after 8pm. S/he is blue with a white head and appears to be young. Her cere is a brownish-grey. S/he doesn’t appear to be very socialized and she can fly well.
