I am making one last effort to try and find the owner of this beautiful cockatiel. He’s dark grey on his wings, with some white and yellow. Very tame, very loving, and he seems to like men, making us believe he belonged to a man. We travel, so it will be difficult to keep him, and our dog wants to have him for lunch ! I have an offer to take him, but would so much love to find out where he came from. He flew down and landed on our mailmans head on August 24th.
