Found Cockatiel (Clackamas County), Found a cockatiel in Molalla, OR. I actually live in NE Portland but I thought this was my lost bird. Guess not.
He is light gray with a yellow crest, orange cheeks. Has white on his wings with some splotches of yellow. He bites and whistles loudly. He is also a bit fluffy/chubby.
