Blue Parakeet (N Portland), Found pretty blue parakeet. Flew into my sons room while we were away from home. Has cage that we found. It seems the owner whom lost it might have tried to chase the bird down to and came into my house. If you are missing this bird please call or email me. I can not keep this bird for very long and if now reply by Friday it will go on here to be given away. I aready have a dog and 2 cats that think its dinner. 503-995-6296
