Thank you for the information!  He is a sweet little bird.  I say “he”  but
I really am not sure what gender it is.  A bit protective of his new cage.
I found this little bird as it was being attacked in the gutter by a
couple of crows.  His wings have been clipped, and I don’t think he could go
too far with his clipped wings.  He was so frightened, and tired.  He just let
me scoop him up.  Although, now he threatens to bite me if I change his food
or water. He seems to have recovered nicely.  We were camping this weekend in our 5th
wheel.  We took him with us.  He seemed to be OK with it.  However, we came
home and our indoor kitty is missing.  We are very sad!!!
I will follow all of your suggestions, and hope I can return him to his home.
Thank you,
Marty Knight
