This bird is an adult male Cockateil. He was found a year ago by the pound, and since then has lived in two homes including mine. I was reaching out to find a home for him and was told to list him here. He is a saddle back, which the breed was not listed as an option. He is a soft yellow all over with the orange by his eyes, and he has grey markings on his back and chest that resemble a saddle. I was told that his band seems strange as it does not include the usual numbers, letters and state ID. His band is closed silver beginning with the patters
