Seems to have been lost for some time based on nail and beak growth, but is clearly a house pet. He in green with full grown blue flight feathers and has blue on his tail. He has a gray face and belly. He tries to talk but he words are not quite clear. He seems to ‘dance’ to music by opening his wings if other people in the room are dancing with him and he makes a strange sound similar to a ‘rolling r’ sound. He knows how to step up and is usually very friendly and sweet and does not nip hard. We can tell he desperately misses his owner, so if you think this bird could be yours, please contact me!!
