I found a Budgie at my friends cookout yesterday. It has a
bird band on it and I have called several breeders but I
haven’t had any luck finding the owner. I will be calling
L&M bird bands tomorrow when they’re open. It’s a very
sweet bird and I’m sure if you’re the owner you’re missing
him/her.
