I wanted to let you know that Maggie, the Congo grey in Jackson, MS has been reunited with its family. The family put out flyers about their missing Congo and someone saw it and also saw my ad on Craig’s list about a found parrot and called the family. The owner did not know the ban number so he called the person who put the leg band on the parrot and she gave him my phone number, as I had called her earlier trying to find the owner. The family was so happy and relieved to have Maggie back home.

Would you please repost the found Grey to be a Congo Grey? The band number is (# on file with 911PA) (AFA band). I have contacted the breeder and she can not find her old receipt book prior to 2002. My phone number is 601-xxx-xxxx. I have already had one call of a person who had lost a Congo Grey with another band number. I will try to send you a picture in a day of two if we do not find the owner. The Congo is fully feathered and in great shape, The bird has yet to say anything,
Thanks,
Julia
