Spotted a parakeet, he’s actually still sitting in the trees here! It’s three pm right now. He’s blue chested with black and white feathers, sitting in the trees by the pools in the back left corner of the dog park off oak avenue. He’s just hanging out getting water from the pools and sitting in the tree. Saw he had a band on his leg so tried to call him down. You can text or call me but I won’t be here much longer. 🙁 he will probably just sit there. Doesn’t seem like he knows what else to do.
