My neighbor and I spotted a cockatiel on the roof of one of the garages in our condo community, on the roof of the garage belonging to 1315 Bear Mountain Drive, Unit A. I snapped a photo and reported it to the Human Society, but they can’t report it as “found” on their website because we did not capture it. If you are looking for this bird, you might find him by looking around this neighborhood (HS said it was a male judging from the photo.
