It’s as big as a hawk, beautiful colors, turquoise and green. White eyelids. Big claws. Crusty, white thing on its beak. Doesn’t act afraid of humans, although I have not tried to touch it. Flies short distances to avoid dog. Sits on the ground in the shade. I don’t really know if it is a pigeon or what. Seems like someone’s pet!
