Email from Lexa’s mom, missing African Grey in Norcross.
FYI…. We got a call from someone who lives off Princeton Mill Run in Marietta. He and several others saw an African Grey near the neighborhood pool. It flew to the top of a large pine and made a lot of whistling noises before flying off behind the tennis courts. This was around 6:30. He found our ad on Craigslist and called. He said the bird looked exactly like the pictures. We drove over and walked around calling Lexa but got no response. We talked to a few people in the neighborhood and put out some flyers. We don’t know if it’s Lexa — it’s about 20 miles from our house — or someone else, but I wanted to get the word out for others who may be looking.
I’ll let you know if we hear anything else.
