“We caught the bird. We have found him a home.”
“He was obviously someone’s pet. We set up a cage and some spray millet, as you suggested. He walked right in and started eating. Someone saw him and went out and took him in. He is absolutely beautiful!”
Note: A 911 PA volunteer asked the finder to look for the owner by posting fliers, etc.

The bird perches on the windowsill of my office building on Warm Springs and Gillespie. I have spoken to him through the window and he seems comfortable with people. He tends to nap on the windowsill, then groom and then disappears for the remainder of the day. I am concerned for his well being since it will begin to get cold out.
