  • Species: Parrot - General (See species list for details)
  • Location: Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, United States 15102
  • Date Found: August 15, 2011

This isn’t great information, but a friend of mine, who knows that I am still looking for my own lost parrot, told me that he saw a blue parrot in a tree in Bethel Park on Monday (8/15/11). He said it was on Oxford near Bed, Beth and Beyond. I don’t know the area well. I also don’t know of any blue parrots (besides a hyacinth macaw), but it is very close to green. I’m guessing that lighting could change the perception. I also double checked and asked he was sure it wasn’t just a blue jay or common wild bird. If you think it could be your bird, or I can help you get any more information, please feel free to contact me.
